Adopted July 1998

We, in Service Planning Area 4, recognize the potential strength of our ethnic, social, cultural, spiritual and geographic diversity and affirm our commitment to strengthening the future of every child, youth and family in order to improve the community's well-being. We will accomplish this by collaboration and coordination to maximize resources and to ensure that the community drives the design and implementation of these services.
